Please note it is now compulsory to wear face masks on entering or exiting any part of the ALSAA complex with the exception of gym and pool training areas. We would ask that you wear your mask until you reach your training area and again on exiting the building. . Please note that under level 3 restrictions only individual training is allowed at this time. No group training or classes (including swimming classes) are permitted.
The Swimming pool must be booked in advance please call our pool team on 014880400 to book your place.
The Watersuite must also be booked in advance please call our reception team on 014880400.
No booking is required to use the gym at this time. But we ask that you keep your workouts short and sweet and please be mindful of other users and staff.
Squash is for individual training only no games allowed. Coaching is allowed with a squash Ireland registered coach only.
Outside is also individual non contact training with max of 15 in a pod. No contact sport allowed.

We would like to share with you a link to Swim Ireland which confirms ALSAA and other Clubs are not permitted to teach swimming lessons under level 3 restrictions. As soon as we are allowed to do so we will be back in action immediately.
Hi Everyone, we are delighted to inform you as per Government guidelines we can re-open ALSAA on Tuesday 1st December. The Bowl will be open weekdays at 3pm and weekends 12noon for members only. The Main Pool will be open as per timetable to be advertised on Monday with bookings for swimming to be made through the pool reception or email firstname.lastname@example.org but unfortunately there will be no swimming classes as yet. The Main Complex will be open with the gym opening 6.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday and weekends are 9am to 6pm Saturday and 9am to 2pm Sunday. As per prior to the second lockdown there will be no classes but you can train individually in the gym only. The Watersuite will also be bookings as per prior to the second lockdown. Contact the main reception on 4880400 to book your time slot when we re-open on Tuesday morning.

Is it possible to get a refund now for classes paid last March that have still not commenced??? Or if not any indication as to when they will recommence as many other swimming schools have been providing lessons under level 3??
